The End is Near!

It’s interesting that SSRS has created this atmosphere of crisis. We need to save 6 billion people before 2012. They need to do the Kriya (in the course). Why is it a crisis? The world has existed for so long and will continue to exist for a long time. SSRS also says that in public. In private the teachers and volunteers are brain washed, do what it takes, we need to save the planet.
And there are so many other authentic techniques and teachers out there in the area of yoga, pranayama, even kriya yoga, meditation, why does everyone has to do Sudarshan Kriya?
I have seen so many genuinely good human beings develop bad qualities and loose that human-ness after throwing their entire life into AoL. The inner culture of politics, power, fame, wanting to achieve, gain importance, lime light, lack of values, game playing, territory struggles, being mean, lying, constantly thinking of work and the do-do-do culture is actually destroying the original good human and sincere seeker.

Maybe he knows his time is up by 2012 (Which I totally agree with!) , so he is trying to fleece as many people as he can before then. As you said, he is saying one thing in public & another thing in private to his brainwashed teachers.
The idiots look such fools when they try to tell AOL members that Guruji has told them that they need to get lots of people enrolled before 2012 to save them. But then their own guru when asked what is going to happen in 2012 would say nothing is going to happen! These brainwashed people should wake up from their trance by this deceitful guru. If God didn’t want us to use our brains, he wouldn’t have given us one!
If 2012 is going to be the end of the world, why SriSri is accumulating so much wealth? If 2012 is going to be the end of the world, what difference does it make if one has done Kriya or not?
Or is SriSri implying that only those who have paid some $$$ to his coffers before 2012 will be saved? Indeed anyone with half a brain should realize from these stupid declaration by SriSri & his lackeys, that SriSri is a very sick, rotten conman. There is no end to his greed & his psychotic behaviour & utterances.
You are also quite right Sincere Seeker in describing inner culture of AOL & all that is true reflection of SriSri himself.

I’ve heard 2012 may be a cosmic housecleaning of negativity. No wonder AoL is worried. They need to stop the fraud fraud and know that a true guru has transcended the ego and doesn’t need to support the manipulation of others. They also don’t have their hand in your wallet. When someone else is manipulating you and you’re feeling uncomfortable and they tell you to ignore your feelings (or worse, that being treated badly is for your own good), THEY ARE BEING ABUSIVE. You should get away from that person or group asap. If it takes shouting to help someone else recognize abuse, I’ll do it. Wake up and drop this story. Enlightenment is within. You can do it without abuse. I hope this group stays away from the poison kool aid. There are still people hooked by ravi ravi that I love.
It’s been a while since I left Aol, but what’s this about a 2012 crisis? He never said anything about 2012 earlier. Was this mystique and aura of impending doom created by HHSSRS himself or his teachers or publications? It’s interesting, his big (ex-)competitor Nithyananda also said the same thing about a great cleansing in 2012 and that he needs to “enlighten” hundreds and thousands of people before that.
This is starting to sound more and more like those nutjob doomsday cults. What happens when 2012 passes and nothing changes? They’ll come up with new stories about how their very presence and enlightenment teachings “saved” humanity? Then more and more people would be sucked in to experience this “greatness”?

Not only does he say we need to hurry up to get as many people as possible into the knowledge (not just any knowledge but his knowledge) before 2012 bc those who are left out will not have a chance anymore … a little cultish perhaps? but he also says 80% of the world population will be vegetarian then. Then he says all children coming are enlightened then, but then he keep wanting to bring more young people. So contradictory. Sometimes he makes me dizzy. Maybe that is why I we had to take so much water to soothe those headaches! And then he or some teacher would reply, “Truth is contradictory”. But then he also said some country would be corruption free by 2009 due to the AoL – AoL would go into politics and would change the country’s fate – it’s 2010 and it is known corruption went up 10 fold in this country. But wait, he also did forgive his attacker, who was just a farmer scaring wild dogs, and his driver did have a premonition the previous day …. Maybe he wants to hurry to get as many clients as possible to increase his wealth bc it is also said that by 2012 all corrupt, false organizations that don’t vibrate with high consciousness will fall. Anyway, truth is contradictory.
I had been very close to him long time ago and don’t agree with the organisation structure. So I left. Many people many opinions and ways… But guys, your comments made me laugh. Why is SSRS objective advisor to the UN? The whole UN is brainwashed? He’s got so much power?? Lol.
